Trades

One row per trade: date, instrument, long or short, your check in each of the four layers, and the result in R. Row 2 is an example.

Review

Type each check name once. The sheet counts how many trades it was on, how many won, the win rate, the average R and the total R. Under 15 trades it says the number can still swing.

The four parts of every trade

Setup
What had to be true to take the trade, like "liquidity taken" or "price broke the last swing".
Market
What the market was doing, like trend or range.
Entry
How you got in, like a break on the 3-minute chart or a rejection candle.
After entry
What you did once you were in, like trailing the stop or moving it to break-even.

How to read it

Compare two answers of the same part. If range trades lose and trend trades win, the market part is where your money goes. Change one check at a time, then count the trades after the change on their own. A result of +2R means you made twice what you risked.

Where a spreadsheet stops

A spreadsheet counts one check at a time. EdgeFlow finds which checks made money together, turns them into one plan you tick before every entry, and tests that plan on the trades you take next.
