Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of EdgeFlow. By creating an account or using the service, you accept them. If you do not agree, do not use EdgeFlow.

1. The service

EdgeFlow is an edge-development and trading-journal platform operated by Mizznes BV — Belgian besloten vennootschap (BV) — Ransuildreef 16, 2900 Schoten, België, registered under KBO/BCE 1026.527.343, VAT BE 1026.527.343. EdgeFlow analyses trading data you provide and surfaces patterns. EdgeFlow is software — not financial, investment, tax or legal advice. See our Risk Disclosure.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old. You confirm this at signup.
• You must be legally permitted to use a paid software service in your jurisdiction.
• You are responsible for compliance with local laws that may govern your trading activity.
• EdgeFlow is not available in countries subject to comprehensive EU or US sanctions.

3. Account and security

You are responsible for your login credentials, all activity on your account, and the accuracy of the data you provide. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access. Passwords must be at least 10 characters.

4. Subscription, payment, taxes

• EdgeFlow Pro is billed monthly or annually via Stripe. Prices include VAT where applicable.
• Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled.
• You can cancel any time from Settings → Subscription & Billing. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• Failed payments: a 7-day grace period applies before access reverts to free.

5. EU right of withdrawal — digital services

Under Belgian and EU consumer law (Code of Economic Law, Book VI), you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance-sold services. By starting to use EdgeFlow during this 14-day period, you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal is forfeited once the service is fully performed. Since EdgeFlow grants immediate access upon subscription, your right of withdrawal ends as soon as you log in and use the service.

You can still cancel future renewals at any time. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for unlawful purposes.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with EdgeFlow's infrastructure.
• Resell or sublicense access without written permission.
• Upload malware, illegal content, or content that infringes third-party rights.
• Use the service to harass other users or the EdgeFlow team.

7. Your content

You retain ownership of all trades, screenshots, notes and other content you upload. You grant Mizznes BV a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host and process this content solely to provide the service. We may use aggregated, anonymised data for product improvement and research (see Privacy Policy).

8. AI-generated output

Some EdgeFlow features use third-party AI models to generate written observations about your trade data. AI output is probabilistic, may contain errors and must never be treated as advice. You remain solely responsible for your trading decisions. See Risk Disclosure §6.

9. No financial advice — no guarantees

EdgeFlow surfaces patterns in your historical data. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Trading involves substantial risk including total loss of capital. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions. Mizznes BV is not a registered investment adviser, broker, exchange, custodian or fiduciary.

10. Service availability

We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or temporarily restrict access for security or operational reasons. Some features may be released as beta — clearly labelled — and provided as-is.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, with notice where reasonable. You may delete your account at any time from Settings. Erasure follows our Privacy Policy.

12. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Belgian law, EdgeFlow's aggregate liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or trading-related losses. Mandatory consumer rights that cannot be waived under Belgian law remain unaffected.

13. Indemnification

You will indemnify and hold harmless Mizznes BV, its officers and employees from third-party claims arising from your misuse of the service or violation of these Terms.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be emailed to you at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by Belgian law. The courts of België have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer-protection rules in your country of residence. EU consumers may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).
