Risk per trade as

Drawdown limit

A simulation assumes your next trades look like your last ones.

Plan test checks that on the trades you take after you freeze your plan.

How it’s calculated

Each run draws your trades at random. With a pasted list, every trade is picked from your own results, with replacement.

Risk as % of balance: after each trade the balance becomes balance × (1 + risk × R). With a fixed amount, each trade adds risk × R of the starting balance.

The band runs from the 5th to the 95th percentile of all runs at each trade, and the line is the median.

From the start: the run fails when the balance falls the limit below 100. Trailing: when it falls the limit below its highest point so far.

Runs use a fixed seed, so the same inputs give the same numbers every time.

Each trade is treated as independent and your risk stays the same after losses. Real results can cluster, and a small list only knows the trades in it.
